In addition to 3rd party investments, Alta also provides managed income funds for our investors. Alta raises capital from investors to purchase Oil and Natural gas royalties, and Tenant-in-common real estate to be managed and maintained by Alta for the benefit of the investors. A fund may buy more than one property to diversify risk. In addition to monthly cash flow, a fund may also offer “pass through” depreciation and tax deductions to offset any income earned.
Funds offer investors the opportunity to combine financial resources with other investors to enable them access to a portfolio of professionally managed, thoroughly researched, and professionally maintained institutional real estate and producing oil and gas royalties. Funds offer a potential for monthly cash flow, tax benefits, and appreciation. Alta looks to add value to all of its acquisitions by providing thorough due diligence, proactive property management and by acquiring premium TIC and oil and gas royalties, in preferred locations with quality tenants.
